Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC) has inked a deal with Kazakhstan's Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development to establish a $2 billion Sovereign AI Hub. The facility will leverage NVIDIA's exascale AI infrastructure, marking a strategic push to position Kazakhstan as a regional AI leader.

The hub will operate on a 100 MW site, with Freedom Holding Corp. leading financing and implementation. Kazakhstan's government will facilitate large-scale AI system deployment and talent development programs. "This collaboration with Nvidia lays the groundwork for a sovereign AI ecosystem that will drive economic growth and regional competitiveness," said Deputy Prime Minister Zhaslan Madiyev.
